Measurements
Scissors & Thinners are measured from the end of the blade to the longest finger hole. Therefore the finger rest (if applicable) is not part of the measurement.
Payments
Payments are processed using PayPal and your payment receipt will show that payments have been sent to Jennifer Saunders (payments at hair-scissors dot co dot uk).
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product you purchase from Hair Scissors you may return it within 14 days of the receiving date, for a full refund of the price of the product. All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. If you have made the wrong choice or have changed your mind, please contact us to negotiate a satisfactory solution. We will do our best to come to an agreeable resolution. We cannot issue refunds where products have been used.
Damaged Goods
If you receive your item and you think it has been damaged then please contact us immediately.
Delivery Information
We only post to the UK. All items include free delivery. We may use Royal Mail, Evri or any other suitable parcel service. Your items may or may not be tracked.
